Secretary-1 receives ICRC General-Delegate for Asia, 
Pacific and Latin America



YANGON, 21 June - Secretary-1 of the State Peace and 
Development Council Lt-Gen Khin Nyunt received General 
Delegate for Asia, Pacific and Latin America Mr Jean Michel 
Monod of International Committee of Red Cross, who 
called at Dagon Yeiktha of the Ministry of Defence 
this evening.

    Also present together with the Secretary-l were 
Minister for Foreign Affairs U Win Aung, Minister for 
Home Affairs Col Tin Hlaing, Deputy Minister for Foreign 
Affairs U Khin Maung Win and Director-General of Protocol 
Department Thura U A-ung Htet.

    The guest was accompanied by Resident Representative 
of ICRC Mr Leon de Riedmatten.
