Village and Towns Acts: request for (r)

Subject: Village and Towns Acts: request for info

There is a rumour that SPDC has removed 2 of the offending paragraphs which
allow forced labour, from the Village and Towns Acts. However, there's
nothing on the net and the local Myanmar reps have no information.

Could anyone out there check and post any details (which paras, etc) on the
net asap.
