DKBA vs SPDC

The marriage of convenience between SPDC and DKBA is showing signs of a
fallout as reported by a recenet traveller to Pa-An.

DKBA enjoyed the support of the military in terms of local government as
well as provisions and supplies when they were first welcomed back" to
the legal fold ".
Today , the scenario has changed for the worse ( for DKBA ) in that ,
such support is not forthcoming any more and the DKBA is having a hard
time to get supplies from the military. The relationship between them
has also soured and has left a very desparate DKBA with a diminsihing
"role" in the governance of their alloted "territories" .

This has resulted in a surge of crime and robbery ( dacoity) on the
travel routes to and from Hlaingbwe and Myaingale. At the end of the day
it is the civilians who have to bear the brunt of the terrorism and has
also affected the trade in the region.

So
