Time for SPDC to pay its DUE

According to SPDC spokesman Lt. Col. Hla Min's press conference held at
Burmese Embassy in ToKyo wednesday, free election can be held in the
country between two to three years. The reason and excuse is the six
chapter of Contitution which deals with power sharing with 135 ethnic
groups has not been completed yet.
Dear Col Hla Min, there is no illegitimate procedure when your SLORC
sponsored 1990 Election. Due process had been carried out according to
election law. You lost the election, Your military men know it, the
people of Burma know it and the world know it. NlD is a legitimate
political party duly registered according to law. After winning election,
NLD claimed its right to form the Government but SPDC/SLORC refused and
denied it. SPDC still owe NLD for 1990 election. Instead of paying its
due, SPDC is trying to twist its CREDITOR. What a SHAME!
Dear Col. Hla Min/SPDC, please look around and see your friend Indonesia.
Information Minister Yunus Yosfiah said on wedness day that Indonesia's
parliament may consider granting full independence to East Timor after
the country's June election. The people of Burma already had the free
election that your Military Government sponsored and you still want to
tell the world that nothing had happened!
SPDC has not paid its due yet. Please be honest and have courage to face
reality. Soldiers are honored for their brave and honesty. Those
qualities make soldiers become heroes for their valor. I therefore
earnestly appeal to you. Please pay you due and do not try to twist your
creditor. It is time to honor your commitment and retreat to the barrack
where you belong.
Best Regards

                          Saw Aung Khin.
