Unocal/Total Lawsuits

As you know, Unocal Corp and Total SA are defendents in two federal
lawsuits, in LA and New York, filed in September 1996 and October 1996.

Does anyone have any current information on the New York based Center
for Constitutional Rights' lawsuit on behalf of 15 ehtnic Karnes from
the Tenasserim region, a suit filed under the Alien Tort Claims Act
(1806). 

Who is the person to contact for information on this case. Has there
been a judgement on the case. 

Can anyone give update please.
