This is Panyoma ( Benya Aye ) from Sydney. 

I have accidently released the NCGUB/FTUB/NLD.LA  Inc. last night as it is
only in a first draft stage.

However essence of the article remains the same. Therefore I take full
responsibility for my article and my accusations againt NCGUB, FTUB and
NLD.LA  will  stay with the history to come.

I appologise for my article of being rough, doubling up and uneasy reading.
