Dear Free Burma Activists all over the world!

Here is a good new from South Africa. After I sent the fax to Mr. =
Patrick Chambers, I received a phone call from him( Tour organiser for =
Burma), this afternoon(18/9/98). His message is for all of us.=20
* He will abandon the promotion of Burma tour package .
* He asked me to distribute to all of our Free Burma activists over the =
world.
* He requested to ALL of our Free Burma activists, please do not send =
fax again to him to stop the tour promotion.
He mentioned that he received faxes from SA and other countries =
including from Dan Orzech, Philadelphia Roundtable.=20
Mr. P Chambers is a chairman of Johannesburg Botanic Garden Foundation. =
He had been to Burma early months of this year. When he was visiting in =
Burma, he did not realise the military junta is oppressing to the =
citizens. It seemed not look like any oppression.
Burma catch him to arrange tour promotion. After he received many faxes =
from our activists, he decided to abandon this "Torture Tourism".
We are pleased his message for our Nobel cause but he told me actually =
he is not happy about that. He has been arrange for October tour( He =
will lead to Burma), many things are already fixed it . We can guess how =
he is facing a lot of problem for cancellation. It is a lot of =
inconvenience for his team.

We, all Free Burma activists all over the world do appreciate with all =
of our hearts to YOU for your respectable decision on Burma issue. We =
recorded in our context for your sacrifice . Your remarkable decision is =
a great support for Burmese people either materialistic and moral =
aspects. In fact, your consideration from humanitarian aspect has impact =
on human rights issue all over the world NOT only for Burma cause.
