Why Did The Dialog between SPDC & N

No matter what the problem was, it was SPDC that wasn't sincere at all in
pushing a dialog that makes no sense. Without Aung San Suu Kyi the dialog
means nothing to NLD, the winning party and the people.Why can't SPDC
willingly reconcile with NLD?

The answer is:

The Generals are addicted to power and luxury.

If you're a captain in the army, you're entitled to have a cellular phone with
which you can call all over the world free of charge.Food and lodging are
provided to the family.

If you're a major in the army, you're entitled to have a Toyata Pajero, a 4-W
drive luxury car that costs 60,00000 Kyats and food and lodging and expenses
for visits and hotel expenditures are guranteed.A luxury apartment will be
provided by the government of Myanmar.

If you're a colonel in the army, you're entitled to a luxury car that costs
$500000 and a luxury apartment and business licenses.

That's only for the basic rankers.No wonder nobody wants to rebel against the
army.Hey you never know.What about the privates?
