Spy phenomenon in Burmese demomocra

Dear all Burmanetters

Recently someone by the name of Maw Maw ,Maesot, ( real name ?) has accused
me of being well-trained MI agent of Burmese military on the grounds of :

1. Using my pen-name instead of my real name.

2. Okkar has chosen to reply my questions.

3. Criticising NCGUB and FTUB.

His or her accusations against me are of very weak and cheap (ref. below).I
would have ignored them especially at such a busy time I am in at the
moment. It is also very sad that these kind of people are claiming
themselves as Burmese democracy activists.I am ashamed being in the same
boat with them as a Burmese.
Normally I do not involve this type of people in my life.I never
was. However for this time I would like to stress this MI agent phenomenon
a bit further.

The spy phenomenon have been existing not only in Burmese community but
also in mainland Chinese, vietnamese, former Soviet Union,Yugoslavian and
other totalitarian regime communities.Where it used to control its own
people by stong spying networks and ruthless technics. Therefore generally
people from those countries, although they have left the countries and
resettle in other countries but within their own communities, still fear the
shadow of their bad experiences.

They are generally the type of people who did not or could not adept to new
enviroments and situations where they are in but still living in the
haunted past.

For Burmese case,we should even go a step further. We are litrally at war
with present military regime. The battle line must be drawn between us.The
military regime may be spying on our democracy movements or trying to
destroy us. So what? This is part of the battle. We should be able to deal
with that.Otherwise our movements have no hope. Are we fighting in a losing
war against the military?

We should have no problem at all in dealing with any military spy agents
or their representatives such as the embassadors or whoever in the public
or wherever especially in this part of the world.Remember,we are the people
of Burma and the future, the military is a dying old era.Everytime we engage
them in public, we win and they lose.

Eventhough there is a real military spy we shuld be able to deal with them
and make use of them rather than fear of them.

Please find my reply to Maw Maw , Maesot, in seperate mail on the net next
to this.

Kind regards

Panyoma

Sydney
