SPDC must step dwon first and transfer power to the elected persons who won in
the 1990 national election. This is the serious business the SLORC-SPDC has to
start. It has already been passed ten years in sadness that the junta ingnored
the will of the people. That's why to rebuild the country had been late. 

If the SLORC-SPDC was earnest for the sake of the people and the country, it
had to honor the 1990 election results. 

Ruling by force and ingnoring the people's wills had never enhanced and will
enhance  any political problem and sake of the country as well as the people.
That's the reason why people voted for true representatives to govern the
country. But the SLORC-SPDC did not pay serious attention on it. So all play
cards, both good and bad, are in the junta's hands. From Today, 8.8.89, the
SPDC should hand a good play card to the elected persons for good of our
country and our nation.
