ALL MANIPUR COLLEGES CO-ORDINATING COMMITTEE (AMCCOC)
STRONGLY CONDEMN THE VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND
THE BRUTAL ACTS OF THE M1LITARY JUNTA TOWARDS THE PEOPLE.

*    The AMCCOC, strongly condemn the violation of the human Rights in
Burma People should pull up their protest against these acts with the
spirit of righteousness. We should not remain indifferent to these injustices.

*    The Military Junta should know that the political dialogue is the only
way for solving the differences and achieving a democratic system in Burma.

*    The NLD are the sole representative of the people of Burma and thus
they should be given a chance to rule their Country.

*    General THANT SHWE should release the two FTUB members Mr. U MYO AUNG
THANT and U KHlN KYAW immediately along with their Wives & Children at the
earliest possible.


*    Lastly, AMCCOC strongly condemn the recent detaining of the NLD
General Secretary AUNG SAN SUU KYI in her car without any food for 6 days
on the way to meet her party members.
