Immutable Japan to give aid to SPDC

Sources in Tokyo say the japanese government is ready to give 800 million
yen in aid to SPDC. Japan , as you all know, has been rather lenient toward
Burma as far as human rights are concerned. Japan and ASEAN are the major
international bodies immutable in their policies toward Burma despite
continuous human rights record.
