I agree with you. These cinemas were private property before BSPP's policy of
nationalizing (stealing in the name of Ne Win) all business and personal
property belonging to Indian and Chinese business people. Now they plan to
sell these stolen properties which will most probably bought by well connected
Burmese and Wa such as Kun Sa the drug lord.

The properties should be returned to the rightful owners or their heirs. If
that cannot be done they should at least be compensated. Of course, this would
be expecting too much from SPDC who are not in power because of their strong
beliefs in fair play or ethics.
