I finally got excerpt from BBC program "who killed Aung San"
digitized. He comment starts at 14 sec.  Audio starts with

"...with Dorment Smith out of the way..."
Dorment Smith was a british conservative limy who was instrumental
in arranging Aung San assassination. He wanted Gen. Aung San post.
In a video , he said "Aung San is not man enought to rule". He
wanted U Saw instead.

There was also an re-enactment of the oath "30 comrads" took
with drinking some mixer of blood who swear to protect the nation
and it's peoples..."

There is no part in the oath where it said it will shoot it's
own people.
