Low level talks are going on, according to Sr. General Prime Minister Than
Shws. He
is the highest ranking person in Burma (officially) and should know. Or does
he ???

Maybe he means that his people are interrogating arrested NLD ministers and
other
political dissidents in the jails. These are talks going on at the "lowest" of
low levels.

Mr. Prime Minister, I hope you will be following up your comments made after a
round of golf with Phillipine President Ramos, with more details and
substance.
