Hi Ko Okkar,
It is very ridiculous that SLORC is trying to keep Daw Aung Suu
Kyi out of the future politics. Why those generals with well armed
troops have been afraid of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi so much? You, yourself
can't even deal to call her real name. What a joke!
Does Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and her party say to rule out SLORC
generals from the future democratic elections (not held by any dictators,
but held by the civil government who won the 1990 May election)? They
aren't afraid of generals at all in any contest.
Why did you and the whole bunch of generals forget to have such
reactions when Ne Win married a foreigner? Though the people are
oppressed by your suppressive authoritarians, they are well aware of whom
they love and whom they can mandate to rule. No attempt to pursuade them
by irrational defamations will be succeeded.
Daw Aung San Suu Kyi married a British man but that doesn't mean
she is not a citizen of UK and she is still a citizen of Burma. She
doesn't make any attempt to become a citizen of any other country as you
groundlessly accused. No matter what she is still a Burmese woman and
in fact people still love her and respect her.
When can you be brave enough to call her real name? I feel ashamed by
understanding that Burmese army has been filled with such kind of
faint-hearted generals who can't even face her and who don't have courage
even to call her real name. What an army!
By the way, can't they talk to her? Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is calling
for a dialogue but people don't understand why SLORC generals are afraid
of talking with her too.
