Dear Veronika,

Once again our Amnesty group is organizing an event (24th of october) with the theme the refugee situation at the Thai/Burmese border area. We expect a varied group to attend the meeting, with women's organizations, politicians an judicial representatives.

Could you forward to me the new brochure for the materials WEAVE presents for sale (cards, but also other items) and inform me if you could succed to deliver any items before 20th of october?

Further I want to inform with you if you have any knowledge about Naw Bi Hto, with whom one member of our group was corresponding, but lost rack after the destruction of Huay Kaloke. The same case I encountered with Naw Daphne, about whom I was informed she is now working as an interpretor at UNHCR. I am also looking for her fax number/tel. number at her  office.
