A Burmese military dictator in Lond

Is that true?
Yes, but please don't be surprised.
This guy is the SLORC minister of information, General Aye Kyaw.
Yes, he is also one of the leading members of the SLORC.
Now, before you are asking yourself, why or on what purpose ?,
you might be wondering, how could a SLORC leading member
be in London, yes in London the capital of the UK!!!
There is still an absolute visa ban on SLORC members to come
to the EU countries and to the United States, and just a couple of
days ago when UK Foreign Minister Robin Cook was in SE-Asia,
he confirmed that the SLORC members would not be allowed to
step on the UK soil. But now, what is going on in London?
Few weeks ago, SLORC ambassador Win Aung has been suddently
recalled to Rangoon by MI-chief Khin Nyunt, and came back to London
within three days in great anxiety. His embassy staff noticed that the
embassy was without ambassador for the whole week after his arrival,
supposed to be quite busy with the Foreign Ministry.
When the visa ban was announced by the EU and the USA, General Aye
Kyaw as SLORC information minister stated in a press conference that
his regime would also impose visa ban on American- and EU-citizens,
and that the SLORC would not be affected by the western visa bans. It
seemed to be true that, at least, this SLORC minister has not been
affected,
he did get the London visa somehow.
But " HOW "?, this question remains to be answered. It can be answered,
when there is an answer to " WHY ". Yes, this SLORC dictator is an ailing
minister in critical conditions, suffering presumably from c a n c e r.
The UK officials are humane, humanity should be the highest priority,
either
to a dictator or not a dictator. We should also pray for his speedy
recovery, so
that such dictators would become humane one day, they would understand
humanity, humanitarian considerations.
We should show our M E T T A to him and to them, although we do know that

their hands are still stained with fresh blood. He is taking good and
expensive
medical care in London for his recovery. At the same time, a patient in his

Slorc land has to bring his own blanket, medicine and water when he is
lucky
enough to be allowed to hospitalise. Believe me or not, the medical
expenditure
for such a SLORC dictator in London, or in Switzerland or in Austria, could
be able
to save thousands of lives of ailing patients in SLORC hospitals in Burma.
Do you have any comment on this mailing??? Please do so and go ahead, but
with M E T T A , if I may request.
