rally in Australia

Today(August 8, 1997), the Burmese Community from Australia, will join
rally against military regime in front of SLORC's embassy in Canberra,
Australia.
After the rally in front of SLORC's embassy, the members of ABSDO who
are in hunger strike will lead them on marching to the embassies of
ASEAN's member countries. They are going to protest against those
embassies which accept SLORC as a member of its and hand out an open-
letter.
The hunger strike will be ended on 12 noon of August 10.
