burma on the net?

Myanmar.net has a chunk of class C address in block
205.177.226.146. That means they can only have
up to 254 address. Perhaps, someone scrwed up.
Usually university setting have a class B address
so that they have 65K of address space. Perhaps,
some clueless generals with gradeschool education
made a decision. It will be pain to go and change
to different class addresses though it is not impossible.

It is being adminstered from Business Day Co, Ltd
of 444 Ratchadpisek Road in Bankok.

It seem to been connected to digiweb.com from
Maryland.
