SLORC continues to bar NLD meeting

     Myanmar's military government continued Wednesday blockading
roads leading to the house of pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi
in Yangon where meetings of her supporters were planned, sources
close to the junta said.
     The military authorities blocked all roads leading to the home
of Suu Kyi on Tuesday, only allowing top members of the National
League for Democracy (NLD) and Suu Kyi's family members to pass the
blockade.
