Outline for Tin Win

A Guide Line for Open Talk with SLORC?s Ambassador Tin Win in U.S.

SLORC recognizes Tin Win as an ambassador to U.S.. But people recognize Tin
Win as a Mafia, who collects illegal taxes from working Burmese and
threatens the Burmese. Therefore, the outline is drew for the future talk
with Tin Win. So far the conclusion has summed up?after Tin Win talked
with people in FL and CA?that Tin Win could not decide or approve any thing.
He could only blame Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the U.S. government. He could
not even issue visa for visitors without the military?s head quarter in
Rangoon approval. He just enjoys getting tax money from Burmese in U.S..
Tin Win has no power nor authority. To be fair and proper for all concern,
the outlines here are made for Tin Win.

Outlines:

1) To send or hand the topics to individuals and organizations two weeks
before the talk.
2) To sit together on the same roundtable.
3) To divide equal times availability for both side.
4) To avoid sitting in penal and giving non-stop lectures.
5) To appoint a Rep, with both side concerned, for every talk.
6) To invite Burmese, non-Burmese, and local and international journalists
for the talk.
7) To speak only in English.

Note:
Lower level representatives from democratic forces in U.S. and individuals,
including students, can talk with Tin Win regarding the issue of cutting
taxes from Burmese in U.S.. Other words, Tin Win cannot be talked with
elected representatives, leaders of the organizations, and students leaders
in U.S.. He can be only talked with only lower levels.

Solutions:

If Tin Win does not follow the outlines, the following campaigns will be
followed.

1) Protest Tin Win wherever he holds the talk.
2) Write letters to the chairman of Foreign Subcommittee in Congress.
3) Organize more Burmese for "NO TAX" campaigns.

Tin Win?s shadow:

Since Tin Win has been appointed as the SLORC?s Ambassador to U.S. in 1996,
he tired to carry out the tactic of "divided & rule" among Burmese.

The fact is that Tin win wants to be a foreign minister when he return to
Burma. That is why he is trying very hard to divide Burmese people. Because
Tin Win is showing his loyalty to the SLORC by collecting illegal tax money
from working Burmese and offering the Burmese to oppose U.S. government?s
policy toward Burma, he can be counted on the lists of the one of the
candidates for foreign minister seat after Ohn Gaw.
