		Declaration of the Rights of the Child

	All children have the right to have what follows, regardless of 
race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, or 
national or social origin.

1.	The right to grow up in a healty and normal way - free and with dignity.

2.	The right to have a name and be a member of a country.

3.	The right to good food, housing and medical care.

4.	The right to special care if handicapped in any way.

5.	The right to love and understanding, preferably from parents.

6.	The right to go to school for free, to play and to have an equal 
	chance to be what they are and to learn to be responsible and useful.

7.	The right always to be among the first to get protection and relief.

8.	The right not to be harmed or to be hired for work until old enough.

9.	The right to be brought up in a spirit of peace and friendship.
