US News & World Report on Burma

The latest US News & World Report (October 14) carries an article on
selective purchasing laws that deals principally with Burma. 

The article is titled "The very long arm of the law" and includes a picture
of a SLORC news conference.  The article is well balanced and mentions that
selective purchasing laws "have had a bite" and create a "hassle factor" for
companies.

This is a good article to show to local legislators when you making the
argument that introducing Burma selective purchasing will make a difference.
