SLORC presenting at AIDS Conference

The Health Minister for the SLORC authorities of Burma is scheduled to make
a presentation at the XI International AIDS Conference in Vancouver, Canada
on Thursday, 11 July, 1996.

Activists attending the conference are considering a response to this
presentation. If you have any information (particularly about the AIDS
health crisis in Burma, or the treatment of drug-users and prostitutes by
the Burmese authorities), or if you wish to help organize, please respond
