Villagers are very poor, theyve problems of survival, but they can not=20
against the command of military. The village which have less house-holds=20
they are liable to pay 150 to 200 Ks per house-hold. Villagers with=20
bigger populations are liable to give 50 to 100 Ks per house-hold.
