The Myanmar Building Materials, Construction Machinery & Hardware Expo, 
due to popular demand, will be held for the third time at Tatmadaw 
Convention Hall, Yangon, Myanmar.Some 63 main exhibitors and 53 
principals, agents and representatives participated in the 2nd Myanmar 
show in 1995.  They made up a total of 116 companies representing 18 
countries.  90% of the Building Materials and Construction Machinery 
exhibitors either sold their products on site or received orders during 
the show.There were over 9,000 trade visitors who visited the show. It is 
understood that current construction volume and value have far exceed the 
US$1,533 million mark and is still growing.
