The Burmese community Germany has pleasure to mention its appreciations and 
gratitude firstly to the BBC for its tireless engagement in making this
significant 
programme on May 27,1996 possible, and secondly to the honourable participants 
such as Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, Prof. U Khin Maung Kyi, Mrs. Madeleine Albright, 
Sir David Steel, Ambassador Morland and others for their fruitful contributions.

The Burmese community Germany would like to request the BBC London to please 
convey to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the NLD our sincere solidarity message of 
congratulations on the commemoration of the 6th. anniversary of the NLD's
landslide 
victory in 1990 May 27 multiparty general elections.

We, the Burmese community Germany composed of NCGUB, NLD, CRDB, Burma 
Bureau and individuals, are very much delighted to be able to send through BBC 
our clear and unequivocal signal of 100% solidarity with and 100% support to Daw

Aung San Suu Kyi and the NLD.
