U Ne OO's response to Refugees

Dr U Ne Oo really should get wise. There can be NO comprehensive 
response to refugees - or asylum seekers- and NO ceasefire and NO 
"come home all is forgiven" until the military junta in Burma is 
ousted. Until this happens all the talk about ceasefires and so on is 
hot air.And at present it seems very unlikely that the SLORC is about 
to stand down. Certainly talk is better than fighting but we have to 
face reality at the same time.
