The only country I know SLORC bowed to is China, their father. If Bejing 
wants a navel base, Bejing gets a base. It's their biggest threat if SLORC
misbehave. You can't say NO to someone who gave you $1.2 billion dollar
credit! Mandalay is big Chinese city now.

$10,000 per month to be exact!!! His name is Lester Wolfe. We affectionately 
refer to them (Wolfe and his assistants) as Wolfpack. Of course, there

to Pres. Lincoln!!! Something about national unity. I have to review her 
speech to ascertain exactly what she said. The woman is clueless.

That's what Burma-watchers are begining to say now. Most believe
that a statment about the meeting would have been released if something
was agreed duing the meeting. The fact that SLORC had nothing to say
meant it didn't go well.

I think there will be an U.N meeting at the end of this month or
