Burma travel info

My partner and I are planning to travel to India & Nepal from
Australia next January, and would like to spemd some time in 
Burma (Myanmar) as well.  Can anyone help with up to date information
regarding flights from India to Burma, accommodation suggestions,
places to see or avoid, etc?  Much appreciated
