Delaware Valley Burmeses American Friendship Association

Spring Picnic is being held on Saturday June 11th at Lower Perkiomen
Valley Park,in Eastern Pennsylvania (Rain or Shine)
Please join us for Food & Fun 
	
	Bring: Yourself
		Some Friends
		A Dish or Two (VEgetarian, Beef, Chicken, Pork, or your
		Specialty, Hot or Cold or Just a nice dessert.

	What to Do: Meet old friends
		    Talk a lot
		    Walk along the Schuylkill River
			
	Directions:
		From New York City/Northern New Jersey
			Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to exit 6 
			(Pennsylvania Turnpike). Follow the Turnpike west
			to exit 24 (Valley Forge). At the toll booth stay in
			the right lane and after paying the toll, take the 
			1st right turn. Follow this road through 4 traffic 
			lights. You will pass a Sheraton Hotel on the right
			side at the 4th light. Go straight and at the next 
			light turn right and follow the sign for US 422 WEST
			(2nd turn after making the right at the light). Stay
			on US 422 WEST to the OAKS EXIT (2nd exit after you
			are on US 422). At the Bottom of the exit ramp turn
			right and then take the next right into the park. Go
			Straight until you see the parking lot in the main
			area of the park. Look for signs leading you to
			the Association's Picnic Area.
		
		FROM SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY:
			Cross into Pennsylvania via one of the bridges and
			get onto the Schuylkill Expressway. Follow the
			expressway west to the PAOLI exit (US 202 SOUTH)
			After exiting take the exit for US 422 WEST (only a
			short distance from where you left the expressway).
			Take the OAKS Exit from US 422.  At the Bottom of
			the exit ramp turn 
			right and then take the next right into the park. Go
                        Straight until you see the parking lot in the main
                        area of the park. Look for signs leading you to
                        the Association's Picnic Area.
				
		FROM THE SOUTH (WASHINGTON DC, MARYLAND, AND VIRGINIA):
			Take US 95 NORTH and follow 95 North to Wilmington,
			Delaware where you will exit onto US 202 NORTH.
			Follow US 202 NORTH until you see the sign for 
			US 422 West (Valley Forge Park). Take this exit and
			follow US 422 WEST to the OAKS EXIT. Take the OAKS
			exit from 422.  At the Bottom of the exit ramp turn
                        right and then take the next right into the park. Go
                        Straight until you see the parking lot in the main
                        area of the park. Look for signs leading you to
                        the Association's Picnic Area.
